My practice focus is healing aspects of the self that are suffering or causing suffering driving the need for whatever symptom (anxiety, depression, relationship disruption, pain etc.) that a person finds themselves looking for healing. I use the following tools: CRM (Comprehensive Resource Model; EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy); Progressive Counting (PC), as well as other brain/body -based interventions to navigate the individual, unique healing journey.
